Joyful Marketing Solutions was started by M. Umer Farooq — known across the industry as Umer Joya — as a small-scale SEO agency. Umer is a genuinely unusual founder: he holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree alongside multiple certifications in technology and AI, and he's also co-founder of Dott Scale Marketing Agency in Austin, Texas, and Just Option LLC, an e-commerce brand.
That combination — clinical discipline plus a builder's instinct for tech — shaped how the agency grew. We didn't chase every trend; we built repeatable systems for SEO, web design and social media, and let client results do the talking.
Today, Joyful Marketing Solutions works with small businesses worldwide — and ranks as a top web development and marketing partner in three cities: Dublin, Ireland; Darlington, UK; and Amsterdam, Netherlands. In the UK, we've worked with 30+ startups across construction, home services, automotive and logistics. In the Netherlands, NL Moving Service is one of our projects. We also produce content with influencers, and our founder's veterinary background has led naturally to work with veterinary hospitals in the UK and Canada. In total, we've served clients across 13 countries so far.
